What is Store Credit?
Store Credit is where you have some money in credit with us, which you can use towards anything on the site.
Your store credit value is available as a voucher which you can easily redeem thru the Federal Streetwear website. When you use your store credit voucher, the value comes off your final order total.
Reasons you may have received a store credit voucher
- You have returned an item, but not exchanged for something else.
- We have given you Store Credit as a gift, or you have won it.
- You overpaid for shipping on TradeMe.
In the "Shopping Cart" section of our website there is a box where you can type in your unique voucher code and it will deduct the amount off your order total.
Store credit can only be used one time. Once you have used up your Voucher it can no longer be used. Your Store Credit voucher expires roughly 12 months after we provide it to you. We will send you a reminder when it has almost expired.
I have some Store Credit, how do I use it?
Directions on how to use your store credit
STEP 1: When you are ready to order something, Browse Catalog at http://www.federalstreetwear.co.nz/shopping.html
STEP 2: On the product/s you wish to use your store credit against, click on the "Add to Shopping Basket" button on the product page. You can add as many items as you like to your shopping cart.
STEP 3: On the Shopping Cart page click the button called CHECKOUT
STEP 4: Type your voucher code in the Voucher box. Click "Redeem". You should see that the credit has been deducted from the total. There will be a minus sign and your total to pay will be lower.
STEP 5: Enter your name and address
STEP 6: Select your payment option by clicking the green dot. Either Credit Card or Online Banking.
STEP 7: Click SUBMIT ORDER
STEP 8: Go to your internet banking and make the payment OR pay by credit card thru the Paymate system
