How To Exchange an Item
From time to time you may discover that an item you buy dosen't fit as you'd like. This is no problem at all, as with us you can return the item and exchange for a different size.
Before requesting an exchange with us please note:
Once your exchange is confirmed by us you'll need to go down to your local post shop and send the item back to us. You will need to cover the cost of sending back to us (approx $5 - $7). You will also need to cover the cost of us sending back to you, by paying this amount to our bank account. (Max $5.50, $9.45 if Rural) If you are happy with this then follow the steps below
Alternatively if we have made a mistake and sent you a size or a product that you didn't order, then that is a different matter. Please email us.
Steps to Exchange an item
1. Include All Tags
Make sure that all the tags/stickers/bags that came with your item, will be sent back with the package. We cannot accept a return if you have thrown away the tags!
2. Specify exactly which product you want instead
Check our catalogue to see if your desired size (up or down) is available. Send us a link to the product page of the item you want to exchange for. If you cannot find a different size, then we are out of stock. Please choose another similar product to exchange for.

Once we have received your email we will double check stock to see if we can exchange. Once confirmed we will send you an email with the rest of the details you will need to exchange. You don't need to ask for our returns address, we will send it once we have confirmed.

Exchange Rules
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in brand new condition with tags/stickers etc.
- Buyer pays for shipping costs.
- Do not include cash in your return package. You'll need to pay the return courier fee to our bank account.
- Please do not include a courier bag to send back in. We can only send out using our current courier system.
- New Era Caps must be sent back in a box to preserve shape. Caps that arrive in a courier bag will be rejected and returned to you without exchange
