Exchanges
Yes we do accept exchanges. So if you choose the wrong size, you can return to us and we will swap sizes :)
How Do I set up an Exchange?
Rules
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in brand new condition with tags/stickers etc.
- Buyer pays for shipping costs.
- Please do not include a courier bag to send back in. We can only send out using our current courier system.
- New Era Caps must be sent back in a box to preserve shape. Caps that arrive in a courier bag will be rejected and returned to you without exchange
- 30 Days Exchange Timeframe
Returns/Refunds
We generally do not offer refunds. If we do not have your desired to exchange, you are more than welcome to choose another similar item. Alternatively you may return for "Store Credit" towards any other item. Store Credit dosen't expire, so you can use it down the track if you find something new that takes your fancy.
What is Store Credit?
Faulty GoodsIf you believe goods are faulty or there is an error in your order, please email us with the details. If it is our error we will send you a courier bag so you can send the item back. You will be fully remibursed for any postage costs incurred. We will replace the item if we have it in stock, or give further options. We are very quick to sort out issues and we will remedy the situation for you.
Email IssuesIn these times of technology and computers, things can go wrong. Emails can get lost in cyber space, junk folders can filter emails to the wrong places. If you have emailed us and haven't heard back within 24 hours then please try all of these steps in order:
1. Please check your junk folder.
2. Try emailing us from a different email address.
3. If still no response from us then try emailing us here: federaltrademe (at) gmail.com.
Service
We are nice people and we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service. We want to make you a happy customer! However if you believe you have received questionable service from us, or you are unhappy about something then please email us. We cannot fix a situation we don't know about! We are here to help!
Note: We are closed on weekends and Public holidays. Emails that come in over weekends are answered the next working day.
Keep in Contact during your Order
Questions, courier problems, payment issues, or you need an extra few days to pay, etc. Please email us to keep us informed of your order payment status. If you have made an order and then you realise you can't pay, or just don't want it, then please email us as soon as possible. Please don't keep us waiting and holding the items for you. If you make an order then you don't email us back for 2 weeks we are unlikely to help you with future orders. Just a quick email to let us know whats happening is appreciated! So please keep in contact guys! We look forward to trading with you! :)
