Shipping Info
- We send out orders each weekday, and aim to get them out as fast as possible!
- All orders are sent by courier
- Everything on the website is in stock, ready to ship.
- When your order has been sent out, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a courier tracking number.
- All Caps are sent in a protective box
Please note: Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. For extra fast orders please make payment by Credit Card.
Delivery Times
We are located in Auckland. As a general guide these are the typical delivery times:
From the day you get our 'Order Shipped' confirmation email:
North Island - Next working day
South Island - 1-2 working days
Rural Delivery - 4+ working days
These are the general delivery times but are not guaranteed. Items can be delayed which is out of our control.
You will be sent courier tracking details. You can track online and you may contact the courier company by phone whenever you like for more up-to-date info on the status of your delivery.
Sorry but Saturday Delivery is not available.
We are Internet only, No pickups.
New Feature of Website
Credit Card Orders received and paid by 1pm on weekdays, we can normally ship your order out that day!
Credit Card Orders received after 1pm, will be sent out by courier the NEXT DAY.
Urgent Orders
We courier orders every weekday (except Public Holidays). We do try our hardest to get orders out as fast as possible.
Please note we DO NOT do urgent orders. NO PICKUPS.
If you need an order the same day, its just not possible sorry.
If you need an order to arrive before your flight tomorrow afternoon, its just not possible!
Gift Orders
We are happy to help with gift orders but please follow our guidelines:
- Our prices are significantly lower than normal retail prices so we cannot provide retail-type same day service. For this reason we ask that you allow plenty of time for delivery if you are buying a gift for someone.
- If you are buying for a gift please allow a minimum of 3 working days for delivery. I.e. Birthday is on Thursday, so make the order on Monday. More time the better :)
- Yes, we can send directly to the recipient. Please notify us if you
don't wish the receipt to be included in the package.
- If you need a gift for someone and their birthday is
tomorrow, then this is simply TOO LATE for the order to happen. For a gift you need urgently your best bet is to purchase from your local store, or mall.
