Can you send to a P.O.Box?
Yes we can send to a New Zealand P.O. Box.
Can I pickup?
Sorry No Pickups are available. We are mail/internet-order only, to keep our prices lower than the shops.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we are 100% online. You can view all products we have available here
Why dont you have a store?
By not having a store, and the unnecessary extra costs like fancy shop fittings, expensive shop rent, wages for sales staff etc we are able to offer 30% off shop retail prices, all year round! We hope youll see the benefit and shop with us online!
Do you do exchanges?
Yes, we have a 30 Day Exchange Policy, so if your purchase dosent fit you can easily swap for a size that does! For more details on our exchange policy click here

Do you offer Layby?
No we don't offer a layby service. Our prices are 30% cheaper than shop prices so we don't have enough margin to support a layby system. However if you see something you like on the site, you can purchase it and pay up to 7 days later. But make sure you send us a quick email to let us know the date you will be paying.
Do you accept Credit Cards?
Yes, we accept Payment by Credit Card.
Do you accept Online Banking?
Yes, we do. When placing your order just select the "Online Banking" option at the checkout. When you submit your order you will automatically be taken to a screen that lists our bank account details. You will also be automatically emailed our bank details.
Do you accept payment by Cheque?
No we do not accept cheques.
If I buy an item, can I pickup today? I need the item urgently.
No, sorry we do not offer pickups. All orders must be couriered out. No exceptions

No, unfortunately we do not have a customer service phone number. We prefer email enquiries so please send thru any questions you may have. Most emails are answered within 24 hours (on weekdays).

Do your New Era Caps come with both stickers?Yes your cap will come with the Top Sizing sticker and the small hologram sticker under the bill. We will also send your cap to you in a box to protect it.
